Our production service begins many months before your event is due to take place, covering all aspects of licensing and legal compliance.

Your dedicated Production Manager will work with you to create a tailored event management plan. Your event management plan (EMP) is the specific ‘bible’ for how your event will actually run, and sets out what will happen, who is responsible and deadlines for delivery.

Your Production Manager will help you to produce a detailed site design, and arrange meetings with any authorities involved. They will also arrange hire agreements for all infastructure – from toilets to generators, lights to fencing – anything your specific event may require, and at industry best-prices.

All of this, of course, needs to be delivered on time, in budget and to be approved by those in charge. Our tailored service ensures you will have full control, but none of the hassle or time-constraints often felt by those trying to co-ordinate event production without professional support.
